I am fortunate to run my own business in an industry that I am truly passionate about - Personal Development and Leadership.
At the same time, I have a great family life with my husband and our three incredible kids - now young adults finding their own way - and a professional career spanning 20 years, that has included time living and working overseas.
It's been busy.
At times chaotic - and a lot to juggle.

THE REALITY BEHIND THE CAREER
After 20 years in corporate, I reached a point where I knew something had to shift. On the surface, everything looked right.
Good roles. Good income. Strong credibility.
But day-to-day? I was exhausted.
I was spending my time driving outcomes for others, and quietly realising I'd reached a ceiling where growth felt limited.
I was no longer stretched, challenged or inspired.
And the thought of "more of the same" did not sit well with me.
So I made a change.
THE LEAP
I stepped into consulting - and in many ways, it was what I had been working toward.
More autonomy. More flexibility. Greater control.
But even then...I knew I still wasn't quite there.
Becuase what I really wanted wasn't just a better version of work; I wanted to do it completely on my terms.
I wanted scalability, flexibility and freedom built into it.
THE MOMENT I DECIDED TO THINK BIGGER
Then something unexpected happened.
I responded to an online opportunity - something I would never usually have done.
There was no perfect logic behind it.
Just a sense that it was worth exploring.
And at this point, I made a decision:
If I wanted something different, I had to do something different.
I'd followed the traditional path.
I'd built the careeer.
And I still wasn't where I ultimately wanted to be.
So instead of overthinking it, I stayed open, trusted my instinct, and took action.
I am able to work this business remotely from anywhere with the freedom and flexibility that I desired.
THE MOMENT EVERYTHING CHANGED
The business I discovered that day, has completely shifted how I see work.
It's given me the ability to:
Work from anywhere
Step away from the daily grind
Create real flexibility around my time
Build something that has the potential to exceed what I was earning before
But more than that - it has given me ownership over my time, my energy and my future.
